Diese wunderbare Idee stamm von Christian und ich verrate euch sein Rezept. Ich habe nur assistiert, den Teller (Schieferplatte, welche ich davor mit Dr.Oetker Backspray behandelt habe-deshalb glänzt er so schön) angerichtet und die Idee mit der Feldgurke in der Mitte die stammt auch von mir – aber das war auch schon alles...

Ham rolls are a delicious and simple recipe for every party and can be varied again and again. These ham rolls I also served at my girls evening Floriental.
Whether served nicely as a snack or as a starter, they do a good job. Try it.
This wonderful idea comes from Christian and I'll tell you his recipe. I only assisted, the plate (slate, which I have treated before with Dr.Oetker backing spray - that's why he shines so beautifully) and the idea with the cucumber in the middle of the comes from me - but that's all. ..

I did it that way:
First we make the abundance. There is a basic basis for this and it can be changed again and creatively.
Put the contents of the 4 packs of Delikatess vegetable spread in a large bowl.
Cut the cheese and the hard-boiled eggs into small cubes and place in the bowl for the spread.
Add a spoonful of mustard and stir well.
Season with salt and pepper and freshly chopped herbs (chives, parsley, basil ...).
Peel the cucumber and cut it into small elongated strips as in the picture.
To fill: place a slice of ham on a platter, put about a spoonful of filling in the middle and spread thinly the spread. Now put the cucumber stick on it
and roll up. Fasten with the chive stalk as in the picture - that looks very decorative.Only on a plate the salad, fresh melissa leaves with cornflowers, drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper 2 or 3 ham rolls on it and garnish with fruit grapes and figs (in the middle is piece of goat cheese) and gladioli.
